This month marks the last Sundance in Park City. Last year, Slamdance did the same. Who knows, maybe next year Cannes will leave France!
Times are changing fast – and with increased competition, new exhibition models, and existential questions around financing, there’s no better time to discuss the future of the Film Festival as an institution.
Just two days before we bring the party to Mormon country one last time, we’ll be joined by a panel of active and veteran programmers to look under the hood of the festival system and prognosticate about where it might be going.
Panel:
Kiva Reardon – Former Lead TIFF Programmer
Summre Garber – Former Slamdance Programmer
Darol Olu Kae – Former ARRAY Programmer
Paul Sbrizzi – Mammoth Lakes FF Programming Director
We are partnering with Slamdance’s MADE IN LA program to bring you 3 shorts to be exhibited along with our panel discussion.
