As the daylight diminishes, let’s take a break from making, watching, reading, talking, and thinking about movies, and let’s celebrate cinema with song!

Join Shadow Kitchen in singing songs that are featured in films: original musical numbers, Oscar-winners that only play over the end credits, pop songs prominently featured during dramatic and/or zany character moments, creepy lullabies, etc. That’s basically it–karaoke, except all the songs are from movies. We’ll screen clips on a projection screen while you sing in a makeshift indoor karaoke booth (sun room) as everyone watches and listens outdoors (side yard).

Come prepared or choose a song with seconds to spare! Duets welcomed (even encouraged)!
