Have you ever gone to a karaoke bar and been stunned by the casual brilliance of a low-budget, made-for-karaoke music video?

We’re talking laserdisc, stock footage, couples walking on the beach…we’re talking one of the greatest remix art forms of our time?!!

For this month’s show, we’re excited to screen artist-made karaoke videos at @coaxialarts from Alex Brown, Trevor Byrne, Elenie Chung, Emile Fegté, Sarah Garrahan, Mas Guerrero, Tempe Hale, Sean Huntley, Isaac Kau, Daniel Larios, Jeff Man, Julian Petschek, and Norbert Shieh—with accompanying song performances by the artists!

Audience members will also be able to request and sing karaoke songs of their own.
